All products purchased from A&M Signature are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by customer
  • Personal preferences (fragrance, texture, shade, etc.)

Damaged or Wrong Product

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Product images

After verification, we may provide a replacement if eligible.
